Based on your expertise settings all damages are connected to the right level of expertise (STP, desk expertise, shadow expertise or tele expertise, expert on location).

If needed, Openclaims performs a shadow calculation to lower the expertise and repair costs

Should the case require a shadow calculation, then Openclaims can perform this including a shadow negotiation with the bodyshop to directly lower the repair costs and saving on expertise costs.
